Nothing that can identify a person is stored in plaintext; so that in the unlikely event of a security breach, the attacker will not be unable to see any of the actual data, only a string of random characters. All PII is permanently deleted as soon as it is no longer needed. The length of time is determined by each individual data owner when they register for their account. We also perform regular vulnerability scans in order to can identify and mitigate any security flaws.

AvioNexus is not a flight scheduling or pricing software. It is a virtual ecosystem designed for passengers, operators, brokers, crew and FBOs to securely communicate and comply with GDPR standards whilst eliminating unnecessary and unsecure email trails (often containing sensitive information such as passport details). However, brokers and operators can use AvioNexus to generate itineraries, price quotes, send handling requests and monitor their flights' progress.
